My home, Stormcrest, is located just outside of Charlotte, NC in the beautiful farmlands of Union County.  Boykin Spaniels have been a major part of my life since 1984.  While all aspects of the dog world fascinate me I particularly enjoy Conformation showing and Weight Pull.  My first love though is Pet Therapy.  My Boykins & I visit hospitals, nursing homes, memory care facilities, retirement communities, schools and churches.  Much of my spare time is taken up doing this but when you see a face that was creased in pain or despair and that suddenly turns into a smile, nothing is greater.

I currently own four Boykins.  Precious is my main therapy dog & has just started to Weight Pull.  Jager, my rescue Boykin, earned his UKC United Weight Pull Outstanding Title before retiring. Logan & Judah (father & son) are used in Conformation and Weight Pull and as stud dogs.  Judah & Logan (respectively) were the number 1 & 2 Boykin Spaniel in the country in 2006.

Their greatest accomplishment though is that they are always here to love me.   After all, I need a little pet therapy every now and then, too!
